ABOUT BUILD TO PLANS
The company is owned and managed by Paul Laflin who has been in the Construction Industry for 50 years. Prior to setting up the business Paul was employed by two well known local Building Contractors until 2010. He then decided to set up his own practice to offer Architectural Services and has worked on a variety of projects including residential extensions, new properties, loft conversions, garage conversions, listed buildings and commercial buildings.
Based in Stowmarket, we are conveniently situated to work on projects in both Suffolk and Norfolk having experience with the District Councils in Mid-Suffolk and Babergh, East Suffolk, West Suffolk and South Norfolk.
The practice has professional indemnity insurance in place.
Build to Plans offers a personal and affordable alternative to larger architectural practices, specialising in the planning and design of domestic extensions and new dwellings.
Architectural services provided include production of plans, elevations, details and construction notes, for the submission of Planning and Building Regulation applications for your project.
Build to Plans will discuss the feasibility of your ideas, offering advice and guidance on any likely design or planning issues. Projects include extensions, loft conversions, work in conservation areas, alterations and work to listed buildings, new build, barn conversions and commercial buildings.
