How We Work
Step 1
Site Survey & Design
We visit your property, take accurate measurements and discuss what you want to achieve. We then prepare initial layout drawings for your review and make changes where needed.
Step 2
Planning & Building Regulation Drawings
Once you’re happy with the design, we prepare detailed drawings for Planning Applications and Building Regulation approval.
Our drawings include plans, elevations, sections and construction details where required.
Step 3
Planning Application Submission
We then submit the drawings for Planning Applications and/ or Building Regulation Approval.
